I am trying to DM you but X formerly known as Twitter is not letting me. It wants me to pass an Arkose challenge which just spins indefinitely when I start to take it. @X

@Uber_Support we left an iPhone in an Uber vehicle in Paris, France. We can track the phone @AppleSupport but yet the Uber app seems unable to connect us to the driver! Is this a common pitfall with Uber when it comes to retrieving items? Any advice greatly appreciated.
