Nike opened up shelf space to their competition…
Asked point-blank, "Is Nike over?" @DylanDittrich says the company's latest earnings call gave little reason to stop the pile-on, with the brand's reset likely "in earlier stages than people had hoped."
Dittrich adds that Nike's retreat from wholesale has handed shelf space to rivals like On and Hoka, letting them gain ground with younger consumers in an increasingly fragmented market.
