We’re delighted to be back at Arc School in Ansley delivering new teaching facilities for our client, @KedlestonGroup! 📚 Works are well underway on the new project, following on from the expansion and refurbishment we previously delivered at the school in 2024. This latest phase will provide a new building with additional classrooms, therapy and specialist learning spaces, alongside infrastructure for a separate indoor gym. 🏫🏋️ It’s great to return to the school and further expand on high-quality spaces designed to support children and young people with additional needs. Works are well underway on a bespoke new office development in Aisthorpe for a private client! 🏢 Commercial office projects have been a core part of what we do since day one, so it’s great to be back on site delivering another bespoke scheme right here in Lincolnshire! Designed by LK2, the project will create a high-quality new office building with traditional stone detailing and a pantile roof, designed to sit beautifully within its rural setting.🌳 We can’t wait to share the progress as this stunning development starts to take shape over the coming months...

WE’VE BEEN SHORTLISTED! 🙌 We’re incredibly proud to announce that Oakbridge School has been shortlisted for Commercial Development of the Year at the Insider Media West Midlands Property Awards! 🏆 Delivered by Stirlin as Main Contractor for Kedleston Group, the project transformed a disused secondary school in Birmingham, into a 36,000+ sqft specialist education environment for autistic learners. 📚 For us, Oakbridge represents exactly what we want our projects to achieve - high-quality delivery for our client, with a lasting positive impact for the people who use the spaces we create.
