Not sure where my brain is at when seeing the word gingers,I wondered why the Edinburgh botanics have a display about redheads!?
I'm blaming it on too much walking. Although very pleasant enjoying the gardens in this weather and not working in it!!😁🌱⚘☀️

Good morning Easter Sunday! A Bee Bowl is a one-time investment that keeps on giving. I'm putting ours together from the materials we bought last year. ☮️📚🙌🐝🐝🐝 #HelpTheBees
A quick and easy way to #HelpTheBees during warm weather - make a bee bowl! These are great because bees need to drink, but they can drown in deep or fast-flowing water sources. Here's how to set up one up: bit.ly/2KQesqp 🐝
I've started a bucket @AyrshireFoodHub with coffee grounds from our cafe, ideal for using in the garden. Just bring a tub😃

Got some lovely free woodchips from a tree surgeon, so another of my projects was born...
Composting the wood chips with coffee grounds from our @AyrshireFoodHub cafe to generate heat for our seedlings! (Seedlings obv still to come).

Sooo, a tub I left to collect rainwater on one of the partnering sites @AyrshireFoodHub caught me this wee guy 🐸
It now has a brick for future wee creatures to escape

The dry whether this year has meant it's taken forever for my wildflower area at @AyrshireFoodHub to start flourishing (with help from my volunteers to weed it👩🌾)!!
I finally have flowers starting now though! 🌱🌸🌼

In my obsession to maximise polytunnel space @AyrshireFoodHub, I'm training the tomatoes along the support beams and ahem ropes
Cue hilarity getting them to grow the way I want! (And me on tip toes to tie rope, bumping my head on overhanging tomatoes..)
