Bob Johnson finishes his impressive Benet track career with a trip to the state finals in the 3200. His 3200 best time places him 3rd on the all-time Benet list and his 1600 time places him 4th on the all-time list. Truly a class act. His leadership & character will be missed.

When proving is the goal, training becomes about ego.
When preparing is the goal, training becomes about growth.
One leaves you fragile because missing a target feels like collapse.
The other leaves you resilient because progress is measured over time, not in a single day.
