To be completely straight, Aaron/Team, as I said in my video, I'm not attacking you.
I'm merely questioning how this interview even happened and why you did not do some background checks beforehand in order that you may ask substantive questions to Mr. MISINFORMATION, Tim Caulfield.
Your reply is sensible and appreciated. For the record, I think you're doing a great job, even though in this episode there were missed opportunities to challenge the guest.
The main reason for my video was to inform those who don't know who Tim was and his background... To fill in the gaps.

We appreciate you sharing the additional information.
First, I wasn’t aware of the funding concerns and appreciate you sharing them. This was a shortcoming on research and we will do a better job next time.
Second, I’ll say our strategy is usually to have someone from one side of the spectrum and another from the other side and another interview is coming soon on the other side of the argument.
As you would’ve seen, my focus of the interview was trying to understand how podcasts are considered more dangerous than the state. My personal position is that podcasts create space for competing ideas and that the state can do things by force and podcasters use the art of persuasion and putting forward arguments. They are flawed, but they don’t have the force of the state.
That doesn’t excuse missing an important question, and we apologize for missing the mark.
