We are in need of biomarkers to optimize 1L ALK TKI selection and identify pts that may benefit most from emerging consolidative approaches. Our findings suggest/affirm that EML4-ALK variant, TP53 and CDKN2A/B co-muts should be in the mix for prospective validation. 5/6
