I know y'all probably couldn't tell, but I've been on a bit of a weight loss journey for a couple years now, trying to get back to my super fit self that I was before all the hell I went through. my base weight back in 2020~ was around 63.5kg/140lbs, my height 177cm/5'9.5" for reference. over the following years I gained a ton (though I admit I didn't really show it that much). I weighed in at nearly 190lbs/86kg last year. since getting my own place earlier this year and getting back to my more active lifestyle, things have rapidly started to return to normal for me. I'm currently weighing in at around 145lbs/65.7kg and feeling a lot better about myself. there. a little rant about my personal journey that I won't talk about much. 💕
