I am wholeheartedly convinced that I am being gangstalked by entities that I cannot see. I need to start praying again. This is beyond my paygrade.
How do I choose an ishtadeva, I've heard about it quite a few times. Even had a brahmin tell me that I might have to choose one.
Most of my current hateful feelings are not actually mine but exist due to the actions of a parasitic metaphysical entity. I cannot figure out as to why I would feel the feelings im feeling. I don't care about these things but they stay inside my mind trying to convince me I do.

Hit up my ex today, she was a childhood friend, a great woman. I was naive and senselessly comically evil. Apologised to her today for the things I did around a year ago. Let me see if I can fix some things. Hopefully i won't repeat my past "mistakes." I did it all consciously.
