You don't have to earn your place in God's family. You already belong!
In a world that constantly tells us to prove ourselves, earn acceptance, and create our own identity, Scripture reminds us of something powerful: Our identity isn't something we achieve. It's something God gives us.
Romans 8:13–17 reminds us that through the Holy Spirit, we are no longer outsiders living in fear or uncertainty. We have been adopted as sons and daughters of God!
We don't have to strive for His acceptance or question whether we belong. Through Jesus, we can confidently approach God as our Heavenly Father, knowing we are loved, accepted, and part of His family.
Your identity isn't found in what you do, but in whose you are!
Join us this Sunday for our message “Identified” as Pastor @wscottjones dives into Romans 8:13–17 and explores what it truly means to be a child of God!

29 BAPTISMS. ONE INCREDIBLE SUNDAY! 🌊🙌
This Sunday was one we will never forget! We had the privilege of celebrating 29 people publicly declaring their faith in Jesus through baptism! Even more incredible, 20 of those individuals made the spontaneous decision to take that next step! 🙌
God is moving at ZCC, and we are so thankful to witness lives being changed, hearts being surrendered, and people taking bold steps of faith. This is what it's all about! ❤️
Your next step could be right around the corner! If you've never been baptized, we'd love to celebrate that decision with you!

The law showed us what righteousness looked like, but it also revealed something we could never overcome on our own: our inability to live up to God's perfect standard.
But that's why Jesus came! 🙌
Jesus lived the perfect, sinless life that we never could. He fulfilled the law, took our sin upon Himself, and bore the condemnation that we deserved. Through His sacrifice, we can now be made RIGHT with God!
Romans 8:1 — “So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.”
We aren't justified by what we DO, but by what Jesus has already DONE! 🙏

Harvest Fest at @zarephathcc just concluded.
3 hours of fun put on by 100+ volunteers for 1000+ guests.
Big effort but totally worth it. Because this is our largest outreach of the year. Most people won't attend a service. But most will attend a free fun fall fest!
Big thanks for the incredible volunteers that used their gifts to make a difference. Looking forward to seeing what God does in the lives of those that came to our campus for the first time!

What if your past mistakes, failures, and guilt no longer defined who you are?
Romans 8:1 declares, “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
Because of what Jesus accomplished on the cross, our standing before God has completely changed. We are no longer defined by our past, our performance, or our failures, but by God's incredible grace!
You don't have to earn what Jesus has already accomplished. Through faith in Him, you have been declared righteous!
Join us this Sunday for our message “Justified” as Pastor @wscottjones dives into Romans 8:1–4 and explores what it truly means to be declared righteous through Jesus Christ!

Colossians. What a great letter and what a great Jesus!
You can be around all the right people and doing all the right things, but your heart can still slowly drift away from Jesus.
Demas experienced this. He served alongside Paul, but somewhere along the way, his heart grew colder. Paul tells us that Demas deserted him because “he loved this present world.” (2 Timothy 4:10)
This is a warning for all of us.
Proximity to Jesus is not the same as passion for Jesus. You can be around the things of God while your heart slowly begins to love something else more.
What you love will determine where you go in life.
Guard your heart. Stay close to Jesus. Don’t let your love for Him grow cold.

Who is helping you follow Jesus?
When Paul closes the book of Colossians, he doesn't end with a list of ideas, he ends with a list of people. Friends. Co-workers. Encouragers. Faithful servants. Ordinary believers who were advancing the gospel together.
The Christian life was never meant to be lived alone.
God's mission moves forward through people who pray together, serve together, encourage one another, and remain faithful to the work He's given them. Every believer has a role to play, and every role matters in the kingdom of God.
Join us this Sunday as @wscottjones concludes our journey through Colossians and celebrate the power of partnership, friendship, and shared mission in the body of Christ.
