In 1994, Jeff Bezos spent a year and took 100+ meetings to raise $1m from 22 investors to start Amazon (each got ~1% for ~$50k).
If he waited 27yrs to start Amazon, he could have used a DAO to raise that in 2hrs and own way more of the equity.
LESSON: Don’t rush into things.
