Really feeling the need for a vacation. It's so important to just get away and look at your phone somewhere new.

I've been listening to some dispensational podcasts as of late, and I keep bumping up against a problem. 🚦 According to a lot of dispensationalists, an interpreter holds to dispensationalism or "replacement theology." I'm a covenant theologian but I don't hold to replacement theology. The church doesn't replace Israel. The church is the CONTINUATION of true Israel in Christ. NT believers are joined to OT believers as the covenant community. That's not replacement.

How is the internet less private than in 2006, when the whole family shared one computer? Back then, the internet was weird, personal, and all of ours. So, we got your favorite meme legends back together to say it louder: What happened to the internet? 1/3

Unpopular Opinion: Evangelical commentators who promote justification sola fide too often deny it in practice. Listen for them to talk about final justification or final salvation, where they betray sola fide...and then run!

We made the first AI model you can have a realistic conversation with that was trained entirely on speech! Dessa is a full-duplex speech-to-speech model that you can run on consumer GPUs. This is a GPT3 moment for speech.

We shouldn’t make this. For the same reason we shouldn’t put skin on robots. If we’re going to have intelligent machines, we need them to be something *other* than us, not made in our image. This is disastrous.
