You defraud someone, and they report you to the FBI. The FBI then uses the person to lure you out of Ghana with the promise of shooting music videos in the US. This is reportedly what happened to Arrangement and Lancaster. They applied for US visas and got them, believing they were heading to America for business. But when they arrived at Kotoka International Airport, they wanted to turn back, only to realize it was too late. All this while, the FBI was reportedly waiting for them. Eii, what a setup.
