26 years ago today, PJ Harvey released 𝐈𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞? A dark record exploring different tragic female personas & stories. The mix of industrial, trip hop, and electronic makes this her most sonically experimental album. It's an underrated gem and one of PJ's best.
