Meet JQ721, our NFT standard on @SuiNetwork. It handles NFT objects, collection data, metadata, minting, royalties and kiosk rules. In short, it defines what the NFT is and how it behaves.
Behind it is @Joystiq_io, the protocol layer. It manages minting rules, allowlists, payments and collection groups. It decides who can mint, when, and how payments are split or burned.
JQ721 plugs into Joystiq so the protocol enforces the rules and the standard handles the NFTs.
Our open-source Joystiq NFT CLI supports both, with @WalrusProtocol and @ArweaveEco uploads, making it simple to launch permissionless collections.
