Justified by Faith → Grace → Indwelling Spirit → leads to Obedience → shows Love for YAH→ Fruit of FAITH→ Establishing Torah

One of the greatest deceptions concerning YAH’s Word is the belief that His appointed Feast Days and Holy Days are obsolete.
Scripture never identifies them as merely “Jewish” holidays. YAH calls them HIS Feasts (Leviticus 23).
Even after YAHUSHUA’s ascension, the apostles continued acknowledging and observing these appointed times. The Feasts have past, present, and future significance, including prophetic implications yet to be fulfilled. Zechariah 14 even speaks of the nations observing Tabernacles.
Fulfillment does not automatically mean abolition.
And if these commandments were only for Israel, weren’t the Ten Commandments also technically only given to Israel? Why do so many Christians acknowledge their authority while treating the fourth commandment as optional?
YAH established the seventh-day Sabbath at creation (Genesis 2:2–3). YAHUSHUA and His apostles observed it. So where does Scripture authorize replacing it with Sunday?
Worshipping YAH on Sunday isn’t inherently the issue. Replacing what He specifically commanded is.
YAHUSHUA never came to destroy the Law (Matthew 5:17–19), and Paul affirmed that faith establishes rather than abolishes it (Romans 3:31).
There’s also a deeper conversation concerning Gentiles, obedience, covenant relationships, and being grafted into Israel.
Meanwhile, people passionately defend Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and traditions YAH never commanded while dismissing observances He explicitly established.
And that’s before discussing the pagan religious influences and traditions repackaged into many Christian celebrations.
Speaking of paganism, not everything pagan is secular, and not everything secular is pagan. Too many people don’t even understand the distinction.
And before someone brings up birthdays, celebrating life and acknowledging the One who gives it isn’t inherently idolatry. Context and actual practices matter.
Personally, I stopped celebrating worldly holidays in 2019. Each passing year, I become increasingly concerned with how readily professing believers defend worldly traditions while dismissing Scriptural commandments.
Of course, abstaining from holidays doesn’t automatically make someone righteous. Our obedience, character, conduct, and fruit still matter.
But here’s my question…
Why are we so quick to defend traditions inherited from men while dismissing the appointed times and commandments established by YAH Himself?
We must distinguish between what Scripture actually teaches, what we’ve been taught to believe, and what we’ve simply become comfortable practicing.
Tradition does not automatically equal truth, and popularity has never been the standard for righteousness.

Daniel 9:27 points to YAHUSHUA, not an antichrist.
He confirmed the covenant, was cut off in the midst of the prophetic week, and His sacrifice fulfilled the sacrificial system.

If Yeshua (Jesus) abolished the Sabbath as many claim, why did He say regarding the end times:
“Pray that your flight will not be... on the Sabbath”. (Matthew 24:20)

Be careful who you allow to help you in your time of need.
Some people help to heal.
Some people help to control.
Some people help to keep score.
Some people help so they can remind you later that you needed them.
Gratitude is important, but discernment is necessary.
Constantly saying “not under the law under grace” show a lack of understanding for scripture. Grace is not contrary to the law itself but to the law of sin and death. Without the law there is no grace hence sin is transgression of the law. Grace allows us to live out the law.
“Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:”
Romans 9:6 KJV
Seeing people reject Paul because he supposedly teaches lawlessness is really just a misunderstood perspective of scripture. If anything Paul protects the Torah by rebuking those who misuse it.
Context in regard to scripture is vital. Not only does it improve understanding of scripture but it also shows you how ignorant people are who manipulate verses to fit their lifestyle.
