SHOCKED! @lb_southwark keep lying to our insurance company, claiming to have repaired the leak to our property, whilst admitting to us they know the issues are still ongoing! Part 1 #Aylesburyestate @MerrillDarren @kieronjwilliams @samfoster99
SHOCKED! 9 months fighting @lb_southwark to repair our property, back to square one. We were assured our home was leak free, but water is ingressing the length of it following rain. Incompetency and deception from Southwark #Aylesburyestate @MerrillDarren @X4eks @kieronjwilliams

(1/4) Residents from the Aylesbury estate in Southwark have spoken out about the chronic leaks, mould and disrepair that is destroying their homes. Residents say they have been without heating for months, despite dealing with leaks and damp. Here are some of their stories:
What a crazy week it has been. It is not easy for me and my wife, but I hope we can find a resolve to this. We are moving to another hotel tomorrow morning. It has been tiresome, expensive and unsettling. We need a solution. @lb_southwark #Aylesburyestate mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/co…
This was taken 3 days ago, following some slight rain. We had been told that our leaks were fixed numerous times. They have got worse and are leaking through our flat and flooding neighbours below. @lb_southwark @35percent_EAN #Aylesbury #leaks #housing
Two months on since we were forced out of our flat and electrics were decommissioned. We are still living in a hotel. Still no solution to our situation The heating was also down today when went check on things! #Aylesbury #housing #manageddeciline
