Over 48 hours later and still no call as I was promised @AmericanAir

this isn't about the storm, that didn't help any. The issue is how they treat people with special needs.

On top of the thousands of $$ I've already shelled out because of @AmericanAir I'm now having to buy an extra seat to get home Tuesday.

There is one available business class seat on @AmericanAir AA15 and 2 first class on AA85 Monday. But no support for me & my service animal.

What about my time @AmericanAir ? What about mine and my service animals stress? Food? Taxi's? Missed work?

Over five hours on the phone and six hours in terminal today because of @AmericanAir errors, NOT because of weather issues.

Again @AmericanAir not accommodating special needs flyers after attempting to have me put my 75lb service animal under a seat for 6 hours.

Instead of upgrading me to the first class non stop flight on Monday @AmericanAir is putting me on a three stop flight starting st 6AM
