$FUNGO 𝗧𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀; 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻. @FungoLabs published the full distribution for the 10 billion fixed supply. Here’s how it is structured and why the details matter. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗙𝗧𝘀 — 𝟯𝟲% (𝟯.𝟲 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻) Every one of the 3,232 Genesis NFTs receives the same amount: 1,113,861 $FUNGO. There is no rarity multiplier on the airdrop. A common NFT and a rare one get the identical allocation. The distribution is flat by design. 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗢𝗚 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 — 𝟳% (𝟳𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻) @zama OG NFT holders receive a separate allocation under the same claim rules as Genesis holders. 𝗫 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 — 𝟯% (𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻) This is the pool allocated to the ongoing X Campaign (ending in few hours). It is separate from the Genesis and Zama OG NFT airdrops. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 + 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗢𝗚) 7-day claim window after TGE, fixed in the contract. Any tokens left unclaimed after the window are burned. Holders can choose to receive their tokens as regular $FUNGO or as cFUNGO (the confidential version). 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 — 𝟭𝟬% Fully locked for 12 months, then unlocked linearly over the following 36 months. 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 The remaining share covers Community (10%) and Liquidity (34%). Full details are on the official tokenomics page. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 Most NFT projects weight airdrops by rarity or give teams large unlocked allocations. @FungoLabs chose equal distribution across all Genesis NFTs, a hard 7-day claim window with a burn of unclaimed tokens, and a fully locked team allocation. The X Campaign is a distinct 300 million pool on top of the NFT-holder airdrops. These choices reduce some of the usual points of friction around fairness and long-term alignment. An NFT doesn't have to reveal everything about itself to be useful. That's the core idea @FungoLabs is building around. Their Genesis NFTs have two distinct layers: - Look — The artwork. Holders can see it and decide whether to make it public. - Essence — Properties such as class, stats and element. These remain permanently encrypted under the Genesis design, with access restricted to the current holder. There is no protocol-level reveal function, including for the team. But FungoLabs' approach goes beyond simply hiding information. Collections launched through its Launchpad can define different visibility rules for their traits: - Public from mint. - Revealed by the holder. - Revealed on a future date. - Never made public. Disclosure can also be controlled: information can be made available to the holder, specific wallets or everyone, depending on the collection's rules. Consider a gaming NFT whose artwork is visible but whose underlying attributes remain encrypted. A game could use FHE to perform supported operations on those encrypted stats, resolve actions and reveal the necessary outcomes without publicly exposing the raw attribute values. This introduces an interesting possibility: An asset can remain private in what it reveals while still being useful in what it can do. FungoLabs is treating visibility as a design choice rather than an all-or-nothing default. But here's something worth thinking about: As games and other applications begin using encrypted NFT properties, could permanently hidden traits become more valuable than traits everyone can inspect? @FungoLabs

This is the part most people will miss. In the @FungoLabs Genesis sealed-bid auction, you don’t pay what you bid. You pay the final clearing price — the lowest bid that still fills the supply. The example in the post shows it cleanly: three people win, all pay 1,000, and the higher bidders get refunded the difference. Because the bids stay encrypted until the end (using Zama’s FHE), no one can see or front-run other bids while the auction is open. You bid what the NFT is worth to you, then the market sets a single price for every winner. It’s a cleaner mechanism than most public auctions, and it fits the same idea as the NFTs themselves: information stays private until it needs to be used.

The Binance incident week is in this data. USDC/USDT on that venue had the most direct exposure of any pair in the set. The move was measurable but contained, and the proposed fees for Stabilizer would have covered it comfortably.
A constant sum pool quotes flat, and the fee is what carries the calibration. Five assets measured since 2022, each pool’s number derived from its own price distribution. The full write-up, now in discussion 👇 stabilizer.discourse.group/t…

What if you could use information without ever revealing what it contains? That's Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). Normally, computing on encrypted data requires decrypting it first. This creates a window where sensitive information exists in plaintext. FHE changes that. 1. Encrypt the data. 2. Perform operations directly on the ciphertext. 3. Decrypt the resulting ciphertext only when an authorised party needs the result. The underlying data doesn't have to be exposed for computation to happen. Consider a blockchain game built around encrypted NFT traits. A character's strength or elemental attribute could remain encrypted (the Essence). A smart contract could perform supported operations on these encrypted values, such as comparing strengths, calculating damage or checking conditions. The game can be designed to reveal the outcome without publicly exposing the underlying attributes. That's a significant shift. Most NFTs are transparent by default. FHE introduces the possibility of digital assets that can keep certain properties private while remaining functional. This is the direction @FungoLabs is exploring through @zama's FHEVM on Ethereum. The interesting part isn't simply hiding information. It's being able to use that information without making it public. Would you rather have fully public NFT traits, or the ability to use them without exposing them? @FungoLabs @zama
