You can be dedicated, hardworking, and take pride in what you do without allowing your career to define your entire existence.
The reality is that organizations will continue to operate long after you're gone. Everyone is replaceable, regardless of how much they've sacrificed or contributed.
Your job is what you do. It is not who you are.
Prioritize your health, your family, and the life you've built outside of work. Those are the things that truly matter.
