Nothing wrong with grandiose "help all beings" and "save the world" ambitions. But helping the actual beings around you right now is a great place to start.

I used to believe that. I'm less sure now There's a guru born every second. Very few of us have a truly unique life experience that someone else can't rip off. A great personal brand is a moat, sure. But it ain't that deep. Someone can bridge it with a few weeks of dedicated work

I’ve written multiple books and authored dozens upon dozens of courses.
Always build something simple that anyone can understand. I mean dead freaking simple. A reading log. A journal app. Note taking, etc
It should have dates as part of the app because dates introduce a new complexity. Should also have ability to have auth, but start off without auth.
Always start at the absolute beginner level (saving a string or int) then slowly progress.
Intermediate and advanced folks will sk and get what they need, while beginners will copy and paste every single character.
Remember, the funnel for new readers and customers is always bigger at the beginner end of the funnel.
As long as your book naturally progresses in a linear fashion with clean explanations that leaves nothing to the imagination, then the book will do well.

You don't have to restart Android Studio when the ViewBinding plugin goes red, you can use Sync Project With Gradle (the elephant icon) and it'll fix itself.
