That’s it a complaint to Pals is now being made. Mike is still no better and has deteriorated more, he now has especially some mornings when he can hardly speak and has stroke like symptoms that eventually do pass. He has been assessed for mini strokes and they’ve dismissed it saying it’s his FND. I know there are many more people out there that have worse symptoms with FND, some cannot speak at all and cannot walk so I feel for everyone not only people who are suffering but also the carers as it can be very cruel. Mike had to retire early due to FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) he suffers from memory issues, stutters, balance, speech loss, swallowing issues, leg seizures and tremors. So me Christine The Nut Fairy has had to step up to try and make a go of our little online gift shop. Mr Lumpy & Friends supporters help us by making donations or purchases from our little online shop which not only helps us it also helps the wildlife organisations that we support. So I ask you next time you’re thinking of buying a gift or something for yourself please take a look at our shop plus we have 15% off at the moment! I’ve done my best with a range of quality goods at reasonable prices and you would be supporting a small business. We are not a faceless entity, you all know that it’s me and Mike you are talking to, taking orders packing the goods ourselves and dealing with customer services as quickly and as efficiently as we can. This is on top of all the social media which is my job and I hope I’m keeping you informed whilst raising a smile 😊 Thank you for reading and following the ever evolving story of Mr Lumpy & Friends 🦡🦊🐿️🦔🐾🐾❤️ mrlumpyandfriends.com/donate Www.mrlumpyandfriends.com Thank You 🙏

🦧🦦 A Belgian zoo introduced a gang of otters to its orangutans to keep them from getting bored. And then all hell broke loose! At Pairi Daiza Zoo in Belgium, staff came up with an unusual idea: let a family of Asian small-clawed otters share a habitat with the giant ginger orangutans. And it turned out to be a brilliant idea! The little furry troublemakers started climbing out of the water, pestering the orangutans, and challenging them to play. And the orangutans happily joined in! An orangutan named Ujian and his son Berani became especially close friends with the otters. In 2020, photos of this adorable and unlikely friendship went viral around the world.

She was not told that he had died until the day of his funeral. Gloria Jones, the original singer of “Tainted Love” and the Queen of Northern Soul, fell in love with Marc Bolan of T. Rex. Their son Rolan was born, and Bolan said becoming a father was the greatest thing that had ever happened to him. On September 16, 1977, Gloria was driving their purple Mini when it hit a tree. Bolan wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene. He was 29 years old — just 14 days from his 30th birthday. Gloria survived with serious injuries and was in the hospital. She was not told Marc had died until the day of his funeral. Bolan’s will had been written before Rolan was born, and he was still legally married to his first wife. Under the law, Gloria and Rolan received nothing — no royalties, no estate. Fans looted their home, and Gloria went from a millionaire lifestyle to near poverty. David Bowie, Bolan’s close friend and Rolan’s godfather, set up a trust fund for the boy and quietly supported them financially for years. The help continued for 17 years with no publicity. When Bowie died, Rolan wrote: “Thank you for always being there. You were a true friend to my father and to me.” The sycamore tree from the crash still stands, and fans still leave flowers there. Years later, Gloria and her son co-founded a school of music. Gloria started singing in church when she was seven. She never really stopped.
