BREAKING 🅱️ — A polling place in Kansas City, Missouri just lost power on ELECTION DAY..
Blue Ridge Church of Christ on the south side, and Evergy had about 650 customers in the area without power this morning.
The Kansas City Election Board says the voting equipment is running on battery backups, and they said "these batteries will only last for two to three HOURS." They also have generators but were "having issues tapping into the main power source for the church" 👀

34 people in California now chargers for illegally voting as non-citizens, acc to DOJ.
OPERATION PROTECT THE VOTE
My office today charged six more noncitizens for illegally registering and voting, bringing California’s total to 34.
Defendants announced today:
• Sirgalahad Camua, 43, of Palmdale, voted by mail in May 2020, November 2024 and June 2026.
• Krystel Capi Valle, 31, of Palmdale, voted by mail in November 2022.
• Moria Dahan, 35, of West Hills, voted in person in the November 2024 general election.
• Chad Goertz, 52, of Agua Dulce, voted by mail in November 2022 and November 2024.
• Mahyar Nikzad, 35, of Canoga Park, voted in March and November 2024.
• Gilberto Ruiz, 46, of Palmdale, voted by mail in November 2022, March 2024 and November 2024.
We have charged 34 defendants in Operation Protect the Vote. Every name was on the list provided to California officials. Every illegal ballot dilutes an American citizen’s vote, which is illegal and unconstitutional.
Every person charged is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

ZERO campaign signs. ZERO campaign literature, and ZERO voter outreach
Additionally, this particular officer is a VICE PRESIDENT of the state's AFL-CIO -- the LARGEST labor union in Alaska -- and Decoy Dan didn't even bother TRYING to seek out their endorsement.
Which is something practically every other major candidate does. ESPECIALLY when they have the ability to DIRECTLY CONTACT a VICE PRESIDENT of the union, who happens to live in their small town of a few thousand people.
Keep in mind: there are only 6 POLICE OFFICERS in Petersburg. And they’re very tuned in on what’s happening on any given day.

Denied my right to vote locally
I showed up to vote today. I'm a candidate on the ballot. They told me I had to drive to Norwalk to vote in person. (35 miles from Santa Monica).
Not because of my registration. They said all candidates have to vote there. This is incorrect.
Elections Code 14310 is clear. If they can't confirm you on the spot, you get a provisional ballot. They must offer it. They didn't.
The LA County representative was uneducated in this process. This is the organization we deal with. This is why people don't want to run for office. This is why people don't want to vote. LA County's organization is absolutely atrocious.
