Results from this paper provide new evidence supporting national policy efforts to support Grow Your Own teacher pathways, and in the paper, we discuss important variation across urban, suburban, rural, and town contexts. We also explore different definitions of ‘hometown’ tchrs
We want to thank the grants team at @GiveWisely for supporting this work and the editors/reviewers involved in the publication process.
