Just wanted to say as the father of an 18yo applying to Unis that @PlymUni have been totally outstanding from open day to date with info, support, and general interest, to ensure my son has everything he needs for his exams and to make decisions. No others have even come close.

Thanks for not responding @British_Airways. Here we are in Munich 24 hours later and with another 2 hour delay and after the poorest comms ever i.e. none. You employ a lot of smart, well paid people, but I would restructure your biz asap.
@British_Airways I read post that suggest you use in house spreadsheet to manage ops not specialist ERP system. Sitting on tarmac for 27 mins on BA953 and no jetty driver and 1 baggage handler. You need more troops, less captains (not pilot type), better systems, decent planning.
