Please watch and share. A powerful video by Golcar United Ladies football club highlighting the everyday misogyny, sexism and harrassment the women experience. It all adds up. We must and can change the story. This behaviour has been normalised for far too long. It’s not ok and together we can end it. Talking about it is a good start. Historically I’ve heard people and organisations working to increase access and participation in sport, physical activity, movement, suggest that culture change is too hard or ‘mission creep’. Let’s be clear, if we don’t act together to address a pervasive culture of misogyny, sexism and harrassment of women and girls and gender diverse communities, it’s mission fail. And the good news is that there are things we can all do.
