Today is my last day at Bybit. Two years ago, I joined as a Management Trainee supporting the CEO Office: preparing meetings, running operations, and learning from the inside how a fast-moving company really works. I had no idea how much this place would shape me. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats. I served as Head of Talent Acquisition, Head of Branding, Head of Marketing and worked across Fiat, Card and Payment products . I lived through many 0→1 moments and then to 100. I grew from a young trainee to leading a huge global team. Together, we did a rebranding; built Bybit’s payments product from scratch and took it into 20+ new regions around the world. Our cards passed 4 million, and our payment users are about to cross 2 million. It wasn’t always easy. There were late nights on the crisis hotline, endless long-haul flights, and working days that stretched across every time zone. But the hard parts taught me the most, about resilience, ownership, and what a truly great team can achieve together. Bybit made me who I am professionally. The team I’m working with is incredible. Working alongside @benbybit , @helen_moledao and Mazurka has been one of the greatest honors of my career. I’m stepping away for personal reasons, but this isn’t really goodbye. Bybit will always be a part of me, and I’ll remain one of its biggest supporters. Thank you Bybit to make who I am!
