Funny to already be able to look back and see that Dadonov trade fiasco as a blessing in disguise. It was the event that finally got Dorion fired. Staios couldn’t have taken over the team sooner. It’s remarkable how quickly he addressed shortcomings & got the team over the hump.

I see an incredible number of "win it for Simmer" comments directed at the @Senators tonight .
Given the two teams involved, Simmer pulls a W regardless, and I think we can all raise a "K" to that.
I don’t go on this website very much anymore. You guys are still awesome, but holy fuck everything else on here sucks shit, eh?
All well and good but can he do it against NHL competition??
Josh Norris scores his 1st career shorthanded goal with a beautiful play from Jake Sanderson and Claude Giroux #Gosensgo
How incredible is it that Steve Staios managed to sign Ullmark before the season started? could you imagine how much less fun this streak would be where after every shutout or win we had to be all Charlie Brown like “he’s not gonna re-sign here though”
