🚨 Lula Mounts Comeback, Wins Brazil Election
With 96% of polling stations counted, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has pulled ahead of Flávio Bolsonaro by about 4.1 million votes, 51.73% to 48.27%, according to Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE). Projections show Lula winning a fourth presidential term against the son of jailed former President Jair Bolsonaro, who beat him by more than 2 million votes in the first round and led the early count tonight.
Datafolha, the polling institute of the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo, has called the race for Lula. So has Andrei Roman, CEO of the pollster AtlasIntel, even though his firm's final poll on Saturday had Bolsonaro narrowly ahead. The Brazilian outlet ICL also called it for Lula. The TSE has not yet declared an official result.

i am highly sensitive to certain speech and body language of people i describe as on 'auto-pilot' or 'acting' ... it's involuntary, like misophonia, i can't help it.

با آب و تاب برای مامان بابام داشتم میگفتم که کلسترولم داره به مرز بالا بودن نزدیک میشه و باید یه کاری بکنم، و انگار برای کسایی که به دلیل ژنتیکی کسترول بالا دارن با رژیم کم کلسترول و تخم مرغ و کره حذف کردن نمیشه پایین آوردش و تنها راه غذایی که از لحاظ علمی اثبات شده چیزیه به اسم psyllium husk که فیبر زیاد داره و صبحا بخوری هم قند رو کنترل میکنه هم جذب کلسترول رو در روده مختل میکنه.... نگاه کردم دیدم فارسیش میشه همون اسفرزه و بابام گفت خوب ما تو کاشون از قدیم الایام صبحها اسفرزه آب میزدیم قبل صبحانه میخوردیم، میگفتن خنکی ه و قند و چربی رو میاره پایین.

خلاصه من اسفرزه رو میزنم به اوتمیل میخورم صبحها.
دو تا نکته برای تکمیل تر کردن سفارشات پزشکی که به من شد برای کلسترول ژنتیکی: یکی اینکه تیروییدتون رو حتما چک کنید، یه مکانیزم بالارفتن کلسترول از کم‌کاری تیروییده.
و راه حل دیگه ی کم کردن طبیعی تیرویید ورزشه ولی نه هر ورزشی. ورزش نسبتا سبک روزانه که سی دقیقه‌ش ضربان قلب در zone 2 باشه، که بر حسب جنسیت و سن و آمادگی جسمانی هر کس تعریف میشه ولی اون حالتیه که ضربان رفته بالا و به تعرق میافتید ولی همچنان میتونید حرف بزنید و نفس کم نمیارید و میتونید مدت خیلی زیادی ادامه بدید. راه رفتن سریع در شیب یا دوچرخه ثابت خیلی براش مناسبه. خیلی از ساعت‌های هوشمند میتونن موقع ورزش زون رو بهتون نشون بدن و اینکه چند دقیقه از ورزشتون در چه زونی بودید.
(البته تخمین اپل واچ برای ماکزیمم ضربان قلب برای من زیادی پایین بود و در زون دوی اون اصلا فشاری بهم نمیومد. بعدا که ماکزیمم ضربان قلبم رو به طور آزمایشگاهی اندازه گیری کردن دیدم اون حس جسمی که خودم میکردم خیلی دقیق تر بوده.)
