Many people who have seen a total solar eclipse for the first time vow then and there that they MUST see the next one. When is the next one? On August 12, 2026, with a path of totality crossing over Iceland, Potugal, and Spain. Yes, please!

Did someone say #spaceapps? I made it to #Toronto & got to meet some exceptionally talented people. I’m here all weekend as a @csa_asc mentor & judge. It was such a privilege to meet Yasha from @NASA & Newsha the local lead. Can’t wait to see all your innovative solutions!

The function x/(1-x^2) is useful as it takes the interval (-1,1) to the (-infinity, infinity). It is bijective, continuous with a continuous inverse which we call a homeomorphism. This is all to say that mathematicians think of these two intervals as the same!
