Founder myth: “I'll act when I feel confident.”
Better question: “What can I test before taking a big risk?”
Confidence isn't certainty.
Sometimes a small experiment teaches you more than another week of overthinking.
What's one decision you've been delaying?

Shame on silent spectators; salute to this helpful citizen and the RPF team
Too many ideas can create the same problem as too few: no clear direction.
When founders keep changing priorities, confusion can reach messaging, hiring, campaigns and the team.
Before adding another tactic, ask:
What are we trying to achieve now?
What will we stop changing
One unclear decision can create ten unnecessary tasks.
Founder productivity is not just:
“How much did I finish?”
It is also:
“What became clearer because of my decisions?”
More activity ≠ more progress.
Sometimes clarity is the highest-value work.

Growth problems often wear the wrong label.
“Ads.”
“Sales.”
“Leads.”
“Website.”
Before adding another tactic, ask:
If I could fix only ONE bottleneck this month, which one would make everything else easier?
Reply with yours. I’ll tell you where I’d look first.
Maybe you don’t have a time-management problem.
Maybe you keep putting high-focus work into low-energy hours.
Try:
⚡ High → strategy + decisions 🔋 Medium → meetings + reviews 🪫 Low → admin + replies
Don’t just ask, “Where can this fit?”
Ask, “When can I do this well?”
Apple's iPhone hike is a pricing lesson:
Higher price ≠ premium positioning.
Real costs rose sharply. But Apple can pass on more because customers already trust the value.
Ask:
“What must customers believe before this price feels reasonable?”
That's pricing power.
Before adding another tactic, run a 3-layer founder check:
1. Energy: Do I have the capacity?
2. Attention: Am I focused on what matters?
3. Decisions: What is still unresolved?
Different leaks need different fixes.
Ask: “Which layer is leaking?”
Use it before your next review.
Being the strong one doesn’t mean nothing feels heavy.
Founders can say “I’m fine” while carrying decisions, numbers, people, and problems nobody else fully sees.
Sometimes strength isn’t pushing harder.
It’s giving yourself enough space to think clearly again.
The decision you keep postponing may already be costing you.
Delay the hire → workload spreads.
Delay pricing → sales improvises.
Delay priorities → focus disappears.
Don't “decide faster.”
Ask instead:
What information would genuinely change my decision?
Traffic is coming in, but D2C sales still aren't predictable?
Before increasing ad spend, find the constraint.
It may be traffic quality, the landing page, offer, trust, checkout, follow-up or retention.
If your store is live and actively marketing, diagnose before you scale.
You know everything wrong with your business.
You know almost nothing wrong with theirs.
So comparing your full reality with someone else’s public milestones will almost always feel unfair.
Better benchmark:
Is your business stronger than it was 6 months ago?
matters more.
