OpenAI really knows marketing. 😂
Got a $200/mo workspace through its Academic Researchers program. Planned to cancel my personal Pro.
Then came Dot addiction and $100 in API credits.
Well played, OpenAI! 🤣
LAITA + Canvas! 🚀
Launch LAITA from a configured Canvas course, and it recognizes the course context to provide relevant, source-grounded AI answers.
Local-first. Open source. 🤖

Google Antigravity now supports cloud coding in desktop and mobile browsers, but it still doesn't have a dedicated mobile app.
I connected GitHub today. The interface looks similar to Codex Cloud, with Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs integration as a potential advantage.
LAITA v0.2.0 is out! 🚀
Optional Canvas launch, local role views, and course-grounded AI with visible sources—in a self-managed, local-first app.
Canvas isn't required. Here's a 35s sandbox demo 👇

Last night at my son's school Bingo Night, ChatGPT was blocked on Wi-Fi and my cell signal was terrible. 😂
So I texted my AI agent, Dot, to work on a GitHub issue.
No laptop. No IDE. Just a message.
The future of coding is getting interesting! 🤖
Yesterday, I fixed a bug, reviewed the code, and deployed the update—all from my phone. 📱🤖
AI agents are changing how we build software!
A complete AI development workflow from a phone! 📱🤖
ChatGPT → GitHub Issue → Codex Cloud → Antigravity + Gemini reviews → PR merge → GitHub Actions deploy → Verify.
AI does the heavy lifting. Humans approve the critical steps.

I woke up this morning and Dot had finished a night’s work on my LBSocial project. Coding, reviews, and PRs were done while I slept. Now I get to review the quality and decide what’s next. Nothing deployed yet!
Cloud-based AI development is getting real.
Issue → Codex Cloud → review → PR → merge → deploy.
Most of it can now be done from a browser — even a phone.
LAITA Private DEV now also supports role-based Admin, Teacher, and Student access.
I switched tabs to work on another class. When I looked back, ChatGPT had opened a GitHub PR and was checking my lecture in the browser. 😳
I knew Codex could do that. ChatGPT surprised me! 😂
A Phone Is All You Need for Coding.
Tonight I finally got the full loop working:
ChatGPT → Codex Cloud → Antigravity/Gemini → GitHub → Production.
Brainstorm, code, test, review, merge, and deploy—all managed from my phone.
🤖 Made with AI
Moving my coding to Codex Cloud so I don't need my Mac mini.
Tried configuring Tailscale at my kid's tennis practice. Wi-Fi blocked it. No cell signal.
Solution? Remote into my Mac mini. 😂
To stop using my Mac mini, I had to use my Mac mini.
Really enjoying Codex Cloud lately! 🚀
GitHub Issue → AI coding → Antigravity + Gemini reviews → CI checks → Human approval → PR merged.
All in the cloud.
Made a 29-second demo of my actual workflow. AI coding is becoming much more than code generation.
From GitHub Issue to merged PR—in 29 seconds! 🚀
☁️ Codex Cloud: coding
🔍 Antigravity + Gemini: review
✅ GitHub CI: checks
👤 Human: final approval
🎯 PR merged, Issue closed
AI coding is becoming a complete development workflow.

I use GitHub Copilot Pro for monthly audits of my private code.
Tried Kimi K3 (added Aug 6) on the same repo:
Claude last month: 1,107 credits
Kimi this month: 240 credits
78% less usage, with a solid audit report!
Not a controlled benchmark, but impressive. 🚀
Finally tried DevDay's new Codex Cloud.
Reusable cloud environment + custom CLIs are the killer feature.
I added Antigravity as a review gate and ran a real PR end-to-end — almost entirely from my phone.
As long as you can think of it, you can build it.☁️📱
A little AI experiment on the train to NYC. 🚆
Asked Dot to build our weekend travel website — and it actually did! 🤖
AI is getting pretty practical!
LAITA finally has some research support!
My application to OpenAI’s ChatGPT for Academic Researchers was approved: 12 months of Pro-level access ($200/month value), Codex, and up to 5 eligible research seats.

Started a GIS project with a call to Dot from my Tesla.
Dot downloaded Zillow data and used RustGIS by Dr. Qiusheng Wu to map and analyze it.
From a voice request to interactive maps!

My kid helped test LAITA at my office today! 😄
Raspberry Pi + speakers + local AI = voice conversations. Finally working!
