If people could share this post I would really appreciate it. This book would be a great holiday gift for children, teachers, school libraries or to donate to a children鈥檚 hospital or mental health organization. My books are self published so it鈥檚 hard to get them out there.
A student did an entry today in my book Chance to Shine. Each of the 200 lessons has a mental health message, affirmation, & writing prompt to reflect on. It can be used by teachers for mental health lessons or for individual use as a guided journal. a.co/d/0ja7v0Kd
