I’ve been quiet on Twitter because I’ve been heads down building.
I started working on a new project: TwinCore. twincore.com.tr
And things are starting to get real:
→ MVP ready
→ Accepted into BTM Pre-Incubation 🚀
→ 2 pilot commitments for Q4 2026
I also used my own product, StartupDrafter, to create TwinCore’s business plan and application docs.
And boom — accepted by BTM. 😄
Now I’m going to start sharing the journey here: building TwinCore, working with our pilots, figuring out the product, and turning this into a real business.
Back to building in public.

When you launch a new SaaS or AI product, which directories or communities do you always submit it to?
More importantly, which ones have actually driven traffic, signups, or customers?
Looking to build a solid launch checklist.
I've been pretty quiet on X over the last month.
The plan was to launch StartupDrafter.com on July 1st, but another opportunity came up that I couldn't pass on.
I spent the last month building AURA—an IoT platform for connected beverage dispensers.
Happy to say it paid off:
✅ Shipped AURA
✅ Connected the first 3 devices
✅ Secured a commitment to connect another 50 devices over the coming months
I also finally shipped StartupDrafter 2 days ago. 🎉
Now that both products are live, it's time to switch gears from building to marketing.
Let's see what happens :)

Today's AI bug:
Fable had all the context.
The API's max body size was already in the env vars.
It generated the Nginx config.
Forgot client_max_body_size.
Then spent the next 20 minutes running tests and debugging its own one-line mistake.
After getting flooded on X about "loops", I decided to dig into it a bit more and try it with StartupDrafter.
After 2 days of letting agents work on it, self improve and enhance the product I can clearly say that now the codebase is messy as hell, product quality is worse and the cost...

Alright I've finally managed to finish the changes from the beta. Now will contact the same users to do another test run and then will include others from the waitlist.
- Updated the landing page
- Updated the pricing to only have 1 tier
- I had the landing page in Vercel and now moved it to a Hetzner VPS alongside the other parts.
- Improved document generation and the UI
I had myself a deadline for EOW to get it done and finally did it :)

A fun thing I built for StartupDrafter.com recently:
I extended Playwright with OpenAI so our E2E tests can actually read and evaluate AI-generated content.
In our case, we generate business plans. Traditional tests can verify that a plan was generated, but they can't tell you whether the output is any good.
Now the test suite can review generated plans and flag issues like:
- Missing sections
- Inconsistencies
- Weak explanations
- Quality regressions
It feels weird at first, using AI to test AI, but it's been surprisingly useful.

Yesterday I wired up a live E2E benchmark for StartupDrafter.
Playwright + OpenAI. Signs up like a new user, reads the landing page, pitches a startup idea, runs the founder interview, waits for the business plan to generate, then smoke-tests the workspace.
When the run finishes, a review agent scores the interview, plan output, UI, and doc quality — and writes a report I can actually read.
Today I’m giving Fable a shot at reviewing the codebase. Curious if it’s worth the cost vs other models...
