I'm officially an islamophobe - peer reviewed - hoorah - only number 7 - must try harder. Apparently thinking burning a book you own is free speech is very very naughty. researchgate.net/publication…

"Parents refusing to buy their daughter a breast binder. A therapist asking why a teenage boy is so certain he is a girl that he’s started buying untested hormones over the dark web. A wife expressing astonishment that her husband of 20 years claims to be a woman. .@HadleyFreeman: “GBH, coercive control, child abuse, homophobic hate speech: these are already criminal acts. Which would make this bill seem rather redundant until you read on and you realise that the bill is, in fact, a bait and switch” 1/ thetimes.com/comment/columni…

"Arabic numerals" (0–9) actually originated in India, were refined in Baghdad, and were brought to Europe by Fibonacci because of his dad’s job in North Africa. Even Fibonacci’s work was directly copied from mathematical concepts that not only originated but were common in India. To his credit, however, he openly acknowledged their Indian origins rather than claiming them as his own or attempting to appropriate them. Zero was invented by a legendary Indian mathematician named Aryabhatta. It was an Indian astronomer who defined zero as a number, but the concept of zero, as in "nothing", was already in known by the Babylonians a few centuries before him who used a placeholder to denote "nothing". But, they never included zero as a number in the timeline. Understanding nothing and giving nothing a value are two very different things. It’s the reason there is no year 0, we go from 1 bc to 1 ad.

Firstly it's Klinefelter, not 'Kleinfelter'. Secondly, XXY Klinefelter Syndrome only occurs in males, we have no female reproductive organs. Thirdly, do not assume the XXY karyotype means Klinefelter, when it's not. The majority of conditions caused by an XXY karyotype is Klinefelter, but there are other XXY chromosomal aneuploidies that are not Klinefelter, ie XXY SRY Deletion, XXY AIS, and a rare XXY mosaic linked to OTDSD. These are essentially completely different chromosomal aneuploidies.

This is a devastating and characteristically perceptive article by Hadley Freeman of the Times pointing out that the tyrannical conversion bill is a bait and switch and exploits real gay pain. This is a journalist who really understand this. thetimes.com/article/20cad62…

Update on the appeal in the Upper Tribunal against the DBS decision: On the 6th November we submitted Dr. Anna Loutfi’s skeleton argument and my impact statement to the Upper Tribunal as per the agreed dates. I am delighted with the skeleton argument. As always, Anna Loutfi has done an amazing job of charting a course through this legal minefield. The hearing in the Upper Tribunal will be on the 14th/15th December. The panel will be comprised of a judge and 2 safeguarding professionals, so the focus will be on child harm. The government’s Conversion Therapy bill gives this case increased importance. Had this legislation been in force when I raised my safeguarding concerns and did not refer to Student A as a male, then I could have suffered a 5-year jail sentence. We are awaiting the judgement from the EAT. This should be delivered within the next couple of weeks. The basis of the argument presented is that New College Swindon’s Gender Reassignment Policy was unlawful under Article 9 – the absolute right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. The hearing in the Upper Tribunal will test the arguement that safeguarding should have precedence over political orthodoxy. If these hearings are successful, it is my view that the government’s proposed Conversation Therapy legislation will be almost impossible to implement. I have been asked to comment on the Conversion Therapy bill by various journalists but have not done so for fear of prejudicing my hearings. Other than the above statement, that is all I can say on this matter at this time. Thank you again for your support.

1./ Who predicted the excesses of the trans movement most accurately? In Mr Garrison's Fancy New Vagina from 2005 South Park depicted a self-loathing teacher who believes he's a woman. When his gay partner rejects his "vagina" Garrison explodes in homophobia. A Willoughby moment?

Why do the press consider it newsworthy when an Oxford lecturer expresses her authentic self by wearing giant prosthetic breasts to work? The last thing this person wants is to be the centre of attention.

Listen to the state of this.... Below is a call recording between the police and me (listen from about 4 m) I want everyone to understand what state this country is in. Tower Hamlets Council lied to the police. Yet when I submitted a subject access request asking for the personal information it holds about me, it claimed to have no records mentioning me. This is a recording of my conversation with a police officer on 25 June, two days before our planned event in Tower Hamlets. Shortly afterwards, the police imposed conditions under section 14 of the Public Order Act. We risked arrest if we failed to comply. We chose Tower Hamlets to show that there are places in the UK that have become no-go areas for English women like me—places in our own country where we cannot speak freely in public. Listen to what the officer says. What you will hear is how our freedom to speak was made dependent on who we are and what those who disagree with us might do if we spoke in public. There should not be a public park in the UK where women cannot gather to speak about women's rights. I have chosen to publish the whole call so I cannot be accused of manufacturing something. It's is madness though. Basically the police are against us, the law abiding British people. We are a nuisance. But we can be controlled and pistol whipped by the state. The police are afraid of migrants, muslims and leftists.

For reasons best known to itself, The Daily Telegraph hasn’t put its piece from Robert Jenrick online. So here it is. In a dozen paragraphs he offers a cogent and devastating critique of immigration policy and isn’t afraid to explain where this takes us in the future.

A lot of us were very willing to have a debate without heat, @stonewalluk, and the reason that never happened wasn't because gender critical feminists didn't want one. While we were trying to get you to listen to our concerns, your former CEO was telling a BBC boss that gay people not wanting to include the opposite sex in their dating pool was 'sexual racism'. While we were pointing out the homophobia inherent in gender ideology, Stonewall ambassador Alex Drummond (a bearded, heterosexual man who'd had no surgery and taken no cross-sex hormones but liked wearing skirts), was going into schools to talk to students about his 'lesbian' identity. @BluskyeAllison, who actually is a lesbian, was subject to unlawful discrimination at her place of work for tweeting: ‘Stonewall recently hired Morgan Page, a male bodied person who ran workshops with the sole aim of coaching heterosexual men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them. Page called [it] “overcoming the cotton ceiling”.’ When the UK Supreme Court upheld women's right to single sex spaces, you issued a statement expressing your unhappiness about the ruling. In her report on your unhappy influence at the University of Essex, you were found by barrister @akuareindorf to have misrepresented the law as it related to women's rights: '[Stonewall have] stated the law as Stonewall would prefer it to be, rather than the law as it is’. In 2018, you publicly advised schools to shred a research pack saying there were risks to puberty blockers, in spite of the fact that you aren't a medical charity and that there was already credible evidence that puberty blockers are neither irreversible nor harm-free. Meanwhile you produced your own educational packs, recommending a children's book, for ages 5-9, in which the parent 'is neither a man, nor a woman – they’re non-binary.' In July 2022, Stonewall sent out a tweet that read ‘Research suggests that children as young as two recognise their trans identity'. @thetimes has reported how you've sought to control the language used by NHS trusts and government on their social-media accounts. Organisations would get points from you for replacing commonly understood words with ideologically approved terms, eg, 'birthing parent' instead of 'mother'. thetimes.com/uk/society/arti… In short, you took a maximalist position on gender identity ideology, which you attempted to enforce by diktat. You refused to acknowledge that you'd hitched your wagon to a cause that, unlike civil rights, gay rights or women's rights, sought to strip rights from others. You sought to curtail everyone's right to freedom of speech and belief by controlling what it was permissible to think and say, through the management and political class. You have argued against women's and girl's rights to their own spaces, their sports and to assemble without men. Your former CEO tried to shame gay women/men into dating the opposite sex if the latter claimed to be female/male. Your mantra was 'no debate' because, like all totalitarians, you preferred slogans, bullying and infiltration of powerful institutions to talking to opponents. You appear to have had no concern for the lowly people your ideology was harming: gender confused kids, female rape victims, female prisoners, regular people hounded and investigated at their places of work for refusing to accept the new mandates on sex and gender issued from on high. Your 'activism' has been a disaster for those trans-identified people who really do just want to get on with their lives in peace. You have besmirched the name of an organisation many of us were once proud to donate to, the charity that was partly responsible for securing the legal right of gay people to marry, which a lot of us thought would never happen in our lifetimes. The milquetoast words quoted below do not erase a decade of gender activism that has been disastrous not only for individuals but for society as a whole. There was once a debate to be had, but until you acknowledge the direct harm you've caused, it is no more possible to debate you than to persuade a person in the throes of a drug-induced psychosis that they are not, in fact, the reincarnated Christ.

Today is Day 6. Women don’t always get the apologies they deserve. So I’d be grateful if you could help make sure this one is seen by sharing it over the next 24 hours (link below). 🙏 Thanks again to @SpeechUnion for supporting my legal case and helping secure this apology.
