introducing Runway, a new video series where we take the best founders in the world up in a tiny seaplane from Paine Field in Seattle and talk to them on both sides of the flight.
i’ve wanted to get back into media for years, and i guess the answer was airplanes. this was absurd to make: seven cameras, a drone operator, lawyers, regulators, weather, and hundreds of hours of footage.
but so soo happy to team up with my good friend @atken_aragon!
This is our trailer. First episode with Eli from @endurancegeo next week! Would mean the world if you took the min to check it out!!!

You can now use Codex to design, synthesize and test custom peptides
1 - Join the Rosalind Workbench research preview
2 - Ask it to design some peptides with your favourite protein design model, e.g @boltz_bio
3 - Send your designs for experimental validation with the @adaptyvbio plugin
4 - Bonus: use the experimental data you just generated to do another round of design
We're bringing experimental validation to @OpenAI's Rosalind Workbench through the Adaptyv API.
Rosalind Workbench is a new way to orchestrate complex life science research workflows across models and specialized scientific tools. Through the Adaptyv API, those workflows can now run full design–build–test–learn cycles in our wet lab, with real experimental data feeding directly into the next round of designs.

Great to see OpenAI's Rosalind Workbench enter research preview with the Boltz API plugin integrated from day one, bringing protein and small-molecule design directly into the Workbench. It has never been easier to design novel biomolecules!
Huge thanks to @konst_int_i and both teams for making it happen!
biotech investors are a different kind of hardcore. at least in angel investing it takes a couple years to lose 90% of your capital
Sooo many Seattle home sellers pricing $1M over what they’re gonna get. Dawg this is not San Francisco, sorry
very exciting stuff!
Today, we are excited to announce a major partnership with @GSK to deploy the latest Boltz models across GSK’s research organization!

Yesterday we announced the integration of Boltz with Claude Science. One thing I wanted to take a moment to highlight was the results we got from letting Claude drive the Boltz API end-to-end, so I wanted to give a bit more detail here. A thread! 🧵
This was a really cool product to work on. Using an agent to set up and launch molecular design campaigns feels like magic
I'm especially excited about what AI science agents mean for education. I don't come from a science background, so joining Boltz to work on tools for scientists has meant diving into an environment of new concepts and jargon. Without LLMs, that barrier might have been impenetrable.
I'm hopeful that young budding scientists and old guys like me making a career shift will use Claude Science + Boltz to learn about molecular design and experiment with vibe biology.
Grateful for the opportunity to work on ambitious initiatives like this one with the great scientists and engineers on the Boltz team.
the nice thing about bootstrapping miniproducts vs VC is that instead of worrying about tam, competition or strategic vision you can just build stuff

Amazing turnout at our Boston launch event tonight!
Thank you to everyone who joined, and a special thank you to Yongbo Hu from Takeda for sharing how Boltz 2 is already changing the way computational chemistry is done at Takeda, including concrete examples of projects reaching candidates at record speed.
We’re very excited about the partnership we announced today and grateful for the opportunity to build on the impact Boltz models are already having across Takeda’s discovery programs.
For those in San Francisco or London, we’d love to see you at one of our next launch events:

- London, July 2: luma.com/dv5jgjaa
Very excited to announce this partnership with @TakedaPharma
The flywheel at @boltz_bio is turning: distribute models, products and pipelines widely (in open source or APIs that literally everyone can use), then build focused partnerships with the world's most important pharma companies
Today we're excited to announce a major collaboration with @TakedaPharma to deploy our frontier models across their entire organization.
Takeda scientists now get access to BoltzMol-1, BoltzProt-1, and fine-tuned models for biomolecular modeling and design.
