Brewers were best during the regular season and showing it again in the postseason. Still need to seal the deal but they have been impressive.
Tommy Kahnle and I started a podcast. Tune in this Wednesday as we drop our episode with NYY catcher Austin Wells. @RegionalFamous

Tommy keeps a fantasy football "No Draft" and "No Scum" list.
Are you washed?
Have you screwed him over?
Have you been in trouble with the law?
If so, he doesn't want you.
Tune in this Wednesday as we drop our first episode with NYY catcher Austin Wells!
Don't get wrapped up in the doom and gloom put out there. A lockout is a pressure tactic, used before. Of course they aren't going to agree to anything before implementing it. I know how these negotiations work from the inside. Both sides want/need baseball played in 2027!
MLB commissioner Rob Manfred and union head Bruce Meyer on Friday both made it seem virtually impossible that the sides could reach a status-quo extension of the current CBA to avoid the upcoming lockout. The idea hasn't even been discussed, Meyer said.

Beyond my newsletter and podcast around The Save. I'm looking forward to Co-hosting a show with one of my favorite teammates of all time. This has been a long time coming! Him completely unfiltered will be awesome! Stay tuned.
Missed HR call last night during Orioles game was crazy. With all the tech in the game, this shouldn't happen. Could have an impact on final standings. We shall see.
"I found out i was traded from fans in the stands".
Pretty weird but looking back funny moment.

I kept a journal after every outing for the majority of my career. So a newsletter felt like the right place to start.
Introducing The Save.
New issue every Tuesday at 9am ET.
Yes it covers baseball. My take on what’s happening in MLB, insider perspective you won’t get anywhere else, and career stories I’ve never told publicly.
But it’s more than that.
Retirement. Family. Youth sports. The mental side of competing. Life lessons from someone who learned most of them the hard way.
A little something for everyone.

Forcing HS kids to go to college first would be an interesting move for MLB. It cuts costs of player development, most likely will eliminate more MILB affiliates as well. As someone drafted out of HS, I find this interesting. I think most HS kids would benefit from the maturity gained in college, but fans lose out on generational talent. No more 19/20 yr Kershaw, Trout, Machado, Harper, etc at the MLB level. Probably a lot of other impacts as well, need to dive deeper.
New Issue is out. Talking the draft, which is right around the corner. Check it out. Look forward to your questions and comments. thesavenewsletter.com

Man, we had some fun and laughs on this show with special guest @zbritton. We had 2/3 of the BOB bullpen!
Great stuff from Zack on so many topics, including that one game where he did not pitch!
Check out his new newsletter too.
