Managed to work out to prevent MATLAB from deleting the Jobs folder on the HPC. c.HasSharedFilesystem=true; Next task is to stop ML from mirroring the Jobs folder to the C drive as the VM's only have small drives. Can I set JobStorageLocation to a network drive? – at Anstey, England

Another interesting day learning about MATLAB and it's foibles. We had disappearing cluster jobs, turns out ML moves them to the C drive when they've finished running. Then I messed with the setup and it just vanished them in to thin air 😁 which I then fixed, quickly 🙈 – at Ashley, England
