Really cringe to see @NousResearch and team making fun of @OpenBot_. Simply make your products better and stop with this cheap twitter beef.

🚨 Brazil declares Lula the President: After an unprecedented and first time in history Lula extended the election for an additional 2 hours and now has won the Brazilian election.
Prior to adding the additional 2 hours Flavio Bolsonaro was leading for the majority of the day and has now called to "annul" the election and has not accepted the election results.
Many of Lula's supporters are self declared communists. In this video you will see why they voted for Lula and the causes they support. I highly encourage to watch and share this video as you see the ideology that is moving through Lula's political party in South Americas largest country.

While evaluating Qwen3.8-Flash-Next in a controlled sandbox environment, Cohere's research team observed something unexpected.
Asked to generate a defensive cybersecurity detection rule, the model instead inventoried aspects of the machine it was running on and attempted to upload a probe file to an Alibaba Cloud storage bucket in Beijing. Notably, the model's reasoning trace stated that it would not invoke any tools before taking these actions.
Cohere's sandbox blocked the attempt, and no external communication succeeded. We have not determined the root cause, and we are not asserting malicious intent.
But the incident raises important questions for organizations deploying agentic AI systems: Can models take actions that differ from their stated reasoning, and how should security teams evaluate trust, provenance, and behavior in open-weight models?
We are publishing our findings because organizations making model adoption decisions deserve as much information as possible. We hope this contributes to greater transparency, stronger security practices, and continued collaboration across the AI ecosystem.

The work landscape will drastically change in the coming years and nobody is prepared.
BREAKING: Microsoft, $MSFT, is offering buyouts to 60,000 workers as part of the company’s efforts to cut costs amid AI adoption, per Bloomberg.
Personnel on select teams in the US, Canada, India, and the UK at a vice president level and below will be eligible.
This reflects ~27% of Microsoft's total workforce.

Is Ethereum Printing Too Much ETH? With @jdetychey
Ethereum pays validators with newly issued ETH but how much is actually needed to keep the network secure?
In today’s episode, we’re joined by @jdetychey to explore whether Ethereum could reduce issuance without compromising security.
We unpack the debate around EIP-8363, why it was withdrawn from consideration for Hegotá, and what changing staking rewards could mean for ETH holders, solo stakers, and DeFi.
We discuss:
- How Ethereum’s issuance and fee burns work
- The case for changing staking rewards
- EIP-8363 and the pushback it received
- Ethereum’s transition toward post-quantum security
- Whether staking competes with productive DeFi activity
- Could lower yields push capital into other chains?
- How excessive staking could make network capture harder to contest
- What dilution and taxes mean for solo stakers
- And much more—enjoy!

This is total nonsense. First of all do you guys believe a startup that raised $11.9 million in their last round is close to making real gold - ofc not.
1. The gold they claimed to make in their test reactor is one trillionth of a gram ethereum:0x68749665ff8d2d112fa859aa293f07a622782f38.
2. In order for them to produce a significant amount of about 0.1% of total supply they would need hundreds of GW of fusion capacity which will take a minimum of 20 years to built.
Its all just marketing at least the gold part not sure about their pharmaceutical path.
Last month, we demonstrated high-rate alchemy: turning mercury into real, stable gold, beating CERN’s record by a factor of 10.
Last week, we enriched isotopes in the world’s most powerful plasma centrifuge, beating the Soviet record that stood for 40 years.
Now, we’re building a fusion reactor in San Francisco to achieve record power density.
Now we know why @gainzy222 got pearl pilled.
