Huge report out of the NYT today on Huang's "close relationship" with a Chinese spy.
Nvidia and Jensen Huang have repeatedly denied requests to testify before Congressional committees. I think that those requests will become subpoenas very, very soon.
One important note: NYT and Bloomberg had previously reported that Megaspeed (the Chinese spy's Singaporean employer) was suspected of facilitating AI Chip smuggling to China because tens of thousands of Megaspeed's Nvidia chips kept being missing when Nvidia went to check on them.

The number of state and local police officers working with ICE has DOUBLED in the last 8 months. Tens of thousands of cops are being deputized by feds to ruin the lives of people in the towns they're sworn to protect.
Many people being detained are long-term residents without criminal records, or they were charged with non-violent civil/traffic offenses.
Immigrants are going to become reluctant to report crimes, step forward as witnesses, or call 911 during domestic violence or medical emergencies out of fear of deportation.
This erosion of trust makes our neighborhoods less safe overall and puts us all in more danger.

You know, I've been racking my brain trying to remember when else in history a great military power launched a war of aggression against a neighboring country, failed to defeat it on the battlefield for years -- and then the leadership of another great power (which the aggressor had regarded as its archenemy until just yesterday!!) engaged in petty, sordid collusion with the aggressor, made a complete 180-degree turn, and began actively working to force its undefeated victim into capitulation and extinction as a nation.
