Today we are finally coming out of stealth with a few announcements:
- Founding @thirdmomentres with my friend Jeffrey Yan: automatically improving inference endpoints (with focus on data research).
- Fundraise at $250M valuation earlier this Summer with investors including @neo (@apartovi ), @Mascobot , @adamdangelo and more.
- 0 -> 8 figures in revenue within ~6 months of founding the company. In just this past month, we won $10M+ in contracts.
- Hiring ~15 more engineers in the next 45 days. Currently based in SF, opening a NYC office soon.
Jeffrey and I are building Third Moment to do two things: (1) make it effortless for enterprises to deploy state-of-the-art AI tailored to their workflows, and (2) build best-in-class RL environments that push the frontier of model capabilities. The design of a reinforcement learning environment has an underappreciated impact on the resulting behaviors of the models trained on it.

we found opus 5.5 to be 2X as efficient as gpt-6-sol in our internal cfo.ai evals so i was not expecting 6.1-sol to improve on that much
but to see it 3X the efficiency of opus 5.5 and 2.5X against even sonnet 5.5 is actually 馃く

Reviewing the carnage. Never sold any of my GP. I am going down with the ship. I found the coin a few weeks ago, loved it, bought it.
Last night I was offline and was getting a ton of pings suggesting that I sell eco coins and plow into GP to make a statement to concentrate liquidity. That was a mistake in hindsight I should have just done nothing.
But I didn鈥檛 exit, all the money was used to buy GP.
I鈥檓 not a founder. I didn鈥檛 create the thing. I just bought it and love RuneScape and talked about it. But I guess I鈥檝e learned a lesson as to why I avoided meme coins my whole time on this platform. You get involved and when it goes south people just say whatever they want. Sorry to those that have strong feelings right now. But nothing about this was coordinated or rugged.
I took a bath on eco coins, bought a lot to support and sold at a massive loss.
And haven鈥檛 sold a single GP. I won鈥檛. Down with this ship I guess

My DM's are flooded with request to pump memecoins, so I feel the need to make a statement.
I have been in this industry for 9 years and never once have I pumped a memecoin.
The last 8 days have been a bit of fever dream for me as I decided solana:HTmQz7My6MehV7bjhJ6jde8nDND1yvsz68d24LP7YgUQ was something worth fighting for. It reignited a sense of wonder and fun that I haven't had since I logged onto RuneScape for the first time and saw a world in front of me I couldn't have concieved up.
When someone in 3rd grade first mentioned they were fishing in RuneScape I assumed they were talking about a board game. I had never played a 3d video game before so to me, when I went home that night started playing I was completely blown away
This community is a ride or die for me. I am so excited about everything that has been done so far (like launching a minigame @TryDuelArena).
I will never talk about, promote or otherwise invest in a memecoin. I do not believe in leading lambs to the slaughterhouses. I am lucky enough in my career that I don't need to play these games.
But for RuneScape, the rules are out the window. I will see you in Varrock.

One of my edges has always been being a first mover.

As most of you know I've never really done any kind of partnerships or promo because I just don't need the money and funny enough, after I replied to Axe I got a dm from them and told them exactly that.
However after a few months and speaking with them more I saw their vision and realized how aligned we were on pretty much everything so I agreed to work with them and here we are.
I see people complain about terminal extraction as much as anything so I think its safe to say terminals are prime for disruption and that people would love to have a 0% fee option.
I think this is going to be great for both of us and I can't wait to work with like minded individuals to build something that will hopefully help make the industry I love so much a better place 馃

Someone ik showed me this clean ass terminal that has 0 fees, so not really sure how they make money but there's legit no reason not to use it over Axiom/Padre.
It's all in USDC too so you can literally trade on EVM and SOL with the same balance. Somehow this was the first time I heard about it. It's what I kinda wanted FOMO to be, but they're stupid.
