An airline captain? Really? We can't find a single qualified pilot in this country? It makes you wonder what "effort" was made to hire a Montanan first. This is just the tip of the iceberg as I don't even touch annual salary positions or the PERM records. These jobs include everything from hospitals and hangars to art galleries and ski resorts, the trend is the same across all industries. Foreign workers first, Montana citizens last.
While Montanans struggle, Governor Gianforte was in India promoting "employment opportunities." Who are those opportunities for? Not for us. It's time we demand these employers and our Governor prioritize Montanans over foreign recruitment.
