As a man, your stock only goes up
You will never decline
Don’t let the women that reject you today get to you
Better women are coming up, and you’re getting better as you grow older

It's unfortunate the disrespect you men receive in marriage just because you are having a bad financial season. Then you foolishly accept it as a woman's nature because you really don't believe you deserve love just because you are broke.

It's crazy how we grow up thinking having home-cooked meals every day is normal, only to get older and realise how much time, effort and love our mothers put into making it happen. You don't realise how blessed you were until you grow up and understand what it took. ❤

After spending over 27 years in Ghana, here are some things I’ve learned and come to believe…
You are more powerful than any juju. Juju only has power over you when you believe in it.
Some people will go as far as sabotaging their own lives just to see someone else fail.
If there are 100 people in a room, 95 of them might hate you for absolutely no reason.
Minding your own business and focusing on improving yourself will take you far in life.
You are the greatest person you will ever meet. Never underestimate yourself.
Never lend money you cannot afford to lose.
If you think differently from the majority, be prepared to receive more hate.
Not everyone who smiles with you genuinely wishes you well.
Sometimes, the best response to negativity is silence and success.
Stop expecting people to support you simply because you support them.
You don’t have to prove yourself to people who are determined to misunderstand you.
Your biggest competition should be the person you were yesterday, not anyone else.
Feel free to add the rest based on your own life experiences……

This video will shock you.
I will probably never believe the story if not that it was captured on video.
24years ago, during the Big Brother Brasil 2, there was a contestant called Cida Moraes. On one of the days, she was sunbathing alone outside of the house.
Then she suddenly heard a voice from nowhere calling her name (“Cida? Cida?”). She looked around and saw nobody. The voice sounded like her sister. But her sister was not, and is not inside Big Brother house. And no one else heard it. But she was sure she heard her sister call her voice.
What Cida did not know was that her sister, Gloria, had died that same moment from breast cancer. Gloria had breast cancer before Cida went into the game show.
Because Cida was in Big Brother House, she was already cut off from the outside world so she never knew her sister had become very ill and was in the hospital intensive care unit before she later died.
The game show crew informed her later that same day that her sister died earlier in the day around the same time she heard her sister’s voice -that nobody else heard. It was almost as if someone nobody else could see or hear came to inform her that her sister had died. Or maybe the sister came herself.
Otherwise how do you explain that someone locked out in a game show from the outside world will suddenly hear her sister call her voice the very moment she died? A voice nobody else heard? A sister she didn’t even know had become severely ill?
We would never know the answers. But Cida’s reaction was all captured on this video.
There is far more to this world than the physical. Pls don’t live your life thinking all there is to this world is just what your eyes can see, and your hands can touch.

We cried and have been crying over street light for years… no results!! But see how they’re in a hurry to fix cameras for surveillance and collect money for “over speeding”. They have their priorities 😏
Our underdevelopment largely stems from misgovernance.
The state that is causally responsible for the underdevelopment lacks the moral compass to accuse us of giving excuses for not obeying laws.
Because, at the pain of obeying the laws, what do we get in return? Rich politicians and poisoned waters?
On Traffitech, we must recognise that every public policy is subject to public scrutiny. The questions being raised are therefore legitimate. But we must also acknowledge that we will never run out of excuses, particularly those rooted in our underdevelopment, for why people disobey the law. Such excuses cannot become an obstacle to effective law enforcement. Ghana must work, so must its laws.

Best advice I picked up is never to involve yourself long term with a woman who isn’t okay with being bored

Are properly functioning and bright road lights really that hard to provide? I really don’t understand it. Why are many roads so dark in this country? Why can’t Ghanaians and their leaders solve seemingly simple, basic problems that affect all of us as a collective? Is it a curse

What’s the point of disputing a ticket if you end up paying more simply because you challenged it?
Are citizens now expected to keep quiet and pay, even when they genuinely believe they’ve been wrongly fined?
Isn’t this intimidating?
Or am I getting something wrong?
“If you call the Traffitech call centre after receiving a ticket to dispute the violation, and investigations establish that you indeed breached road traffic regulations, you will receive an additional fine.”
— Chief Inspector Frempong Ayeh cautions motorists against falsely disputing traffic violations, warning that an additional fine will be imposed if investigations confirm the offence.

You see where they’re installing TraffiTech cameras in the name of road safety, That road hasn’t had proper lane markings for over 20 years to guide drivers or prevent them from crossing into each other’s lanes. There are no traffic lights at that intersection either. Yet someone with just 100MB of data left will come and tell you it’s all about saving lives.

Snoop Dogg explained in 80 seconds why men stopped approaching women.
Do men not shoot their shot anymore because social media turned dating into a simulation?
Snoop says yes, and his reason is better than the usual “phones ruined everything” take.
In his era, getting with someone took real effort. You had to look at her, talk to her, get her to like you, and know her parents and how she moved. You had to get involved before you could get involved.
Now it’s a couple of pictures and a couple of lines, and people expect something real from a few typed words.
The part I found most interesting is his point about texting. A text gives you what he’s typing, not what he’s saying. “You look good today” can read as sweet or creepy depending on the mood of the person reading it. Text has no tone, face or feeling to go with it.
Approaching someone in person is hard on purpose. It makes you learn to read people, handle a no, and become someone worth talking to. When you skip that, you also skip what it would have taught you.
What he calls the cheat code ended up costing men the skill.
