Japan Germany are countries that have far higher standards when it comes to pollution norms and they haven’t implemented such a drastic policy, and if BSIII cars are so polluting , why punish entire India ? Ban everything pre 2015 and scrap all vehicles across India !

Dust is the biggest contributor of AQI and widespread pollution in NCR..but babus don't want to control is ethically, Politicians don't want to punish them or privatise municipalities.. easiest option is ban cars, increase parking charges, sprinkle water, useless cleaning trucks
