Price broke out of a multi-month pennant on volume off the news that they have converted 3MW from their 25MW LOI into a $88.9M contract over 5 years starting in Nov (Multi-million dollar deposit already received) & now with price starting to curl back up after some gentle consolidation.
That contract is $17.8M in annual reoccurring revenue for 5 years from just one client for a $50M Mcap company with the ability to add an additional 1MW to bump that total to a $23.7M ARR
In this recent interview with CEO @mbinns he reaffirmed a goal of reaching 15 data centres by the end of 2027.
Currently only 7 in the portfolio with 21MW of the LOI still looking for placement. An LOI worth upwards of $95M in Annual Recurring Revenue for Carrier all while AI datacenter's new builds are facing significant headwinds increasing the demand for existing faclities.
