ALT a black pit mix stands in a shelter. she's looking directly at us with concerned wrinkles for eyebrows, and big brown eyes. she's emaciated and most of her rib bones are visible. despite her condition, her floppy ears are perked.
ALT a high angle looking down on the dangerously skinny pittie pup. not only are her rib bones visible under her skin, but so are her hip bones. the top of her head is covered in skin wrinkles.

PAWS has been assisting owners & rescuing as many pets from @ACCTPhilly as possible, but we need your help to save more 💛
The amount of shelter space we have for the animals who need us depends directly on how many people open their homes by fostering or adopting.
