The "Working Better Together: Shifting Power, Transforming Systems" Forum was brought to life through engaging breakout sessions, where participants exchanged perspectives, mapped power dynamics and envisioned what an ideal Education in Emergencies (EiE) sector could look like in the future.
Through collaborative exercises, delegations identified key actors, relationships and sources of influence shaping their respective contexts, before exploring practical levers for change. Discussions focused on who needs to be engaged, supported, challenged or nurtured to shift existing power dynamics and build more inclusive, locally led education systems.
From envisioning the future to identifying actionable pathways, the sessions reinforced the importance of collective reflection, shared learning and collaboration in transforming EiE.
