Community nursing left out of the winter plan is both atrocious for public provision this winter and so typical as to be unexceptional…. Akin to the way social care was overlooked in 2020, leading to deaths and trauma. Overlooking community services fails the public @teamCNO_
The government has been urged to recognise the care being missed in people’s homes as part of its winter preparedness plans.
