Frame 1, 1st private consultancy office I established in Kyaliwajjara after retirement. 2nd frame, office that saw the formation of Tayari Security on Yusuf Lule road. 3rd frame, current office for Tayari MD at Agape lane Ntinda. 4th frame, my office as CPC (first time) & PRO (first time), at Police HQ, Parliament Ave, when I was Commissioner of Police. I became CPC & PRO for the second time in 2017 at the rank of AIGP. It’s been always belief, focus, discipline, respect, hard work, Uganda & her people first & most importantly, God. Do your best & leave the rest to God.

PUBLIC STATEMENT The Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) has learnt with concern of the launch of a “National Data Strategy” by the Ministry of Information, Communication Technology and National Guidance (MoICT&NG). The Bureau informs the public that the strategy breaches the provisions of the UBOS Act, 1998, Cap. 333, which establishes UBOS as the principal data collecting and disseminating agency responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the National Statistical System. The public is therefore strongly advised to treat the impugned “National Data Strategy” recently launched by the MoICT&NG with the utmost contempt it deserves.
