I'm not certain what amuses me more, the fact that he misquotes a 1995 law that was repealed in 2018, or the fact that he basically admits the allegations were retracted because the "would-be-victim" would otherwise be "sued on grounds of defamation."
Frederico Antonio Russo (FAR) is trying to suppress the articles about his alleged grooming of a child. He to has threatened to file a complaint with the EDPB if ANN does not remove the articles.
It's a fairly obvious assumption that it was FAR responding, but it's still an assumption. We *CAN NOT* publish assumption as fact. We have to let readers make the obvious assumption themselves.
We use his full name in the first paragraph. The rest of the article uses the abbreviation. Standard practice to use an abbreviation, nickname, or last name after the first mention.
